The Ezytreev TPO Management module supports the efficient processing of TPO tree works applications and Conservation tree works (s211) notices. An application processed using Ezytreev will identify (and plot in the case of a s211) which protected trees are affected, allows the case officer to perform a paperless site visit to assess the application and record their observations, and supports the quick and efficient generation of all letters/decision notices. Each application adds to the application history of the TPO/CA trees concerned and the affected Preservation Order, thereby automatically updating and maintaining your TPO tree inventory.
How each Council approaches the application process varies, and will also be influenced by whether they use SmartSync and our integrated public-facing ezyPortal products, but the document provided below includes comprehensive guidance relevant to most scenarios.
